Learn moreA Consultation Focused on Your Family
We start by talking through why you are seeking care, the help needed with daily activities, memory concerns, mobility, budget, preferred location, and move-in timeline. We also ask about routines, favorite foods, social interests, and the little things that help someone feel at home after a move.
Care Home and Community Referrals
We help identify residential care homes and senior living communities that may be appropriate for your circumstances. Recommendations depend on care needs, provider capabilities, pricing, and current availability. The provider must complete its own assessment before confirming admission.
Help Understanding Your Options
We explain the differences between independent living, assisted living, residential care homes, memory care, and skilled nursing in plain language. When needs go beyond assisted living, we help you understand what to discuss with your medical team or discharge planner. See our guide to senior care options.
Tour Preparation and Coordination
We help coordinate introductions and tours and prepare questions about daily care, staff availability, medication services, meals, activities, safety, and costs. We encourage families to see each setting in person and speak with the people who will provide care.

Support Comparing Choices
We help you organize what you learn so you can compare services, fees, location, care capabilities, and overall fit side by side. Ask each provider to explain its admission agreement, additional charges, and policies for changes in care needs.
Guidance Through the Transition
Once you choose a provider, we help clarify next steps and communication with the home. The provider will explain required assessments, documents, medications, and move-in arrangements. You can contact us with questions as your loved one settles in.
