Personal Guidance at No Cost
Free Senior Placement Help for Collin County Families
You will never receive a bill from Quality Care Referral Network for our consultation, search, or placement assistance. Participating providers compensate us for successful referrals. You remain responsible for the provider’s regular housing, care, and other agreed charges, so always ask for a written explanation of costs before signing.
We begin with a conversation about your loved one’s daily care needs, budget, preferred location, and the things that make them feel at home. Then we help you identify suitable care homes and communities to consider, whether you’re planning ahead or facing an unexpected change.
Help with daily activities, memory support and mobility
Nighttime needs, personal preferences and family visits
Owner Dorothy Reese brings 33 years of hands-on senior care experience and first-hand knowledge of daily life in a care home. She understands the importance of attentive caregivers, respectful communication, and a setting that can truly meet a resident’s needs.
That experience helps families look beyond appearances and ask meaningful questions about staffing, care practices, safety, and state licensing.
“We’re here to help your family feel supported, every step of the way.”— Dorothy Reese, Owner
Is your senior placement service really free to families?
Yes. Quality Care Referral Network does not charge families for consultations, care searches, or placement assistance. Participating care providers pay us when a referral results in a move-in. Your family remains responsible for the provider’s normal housing, care, and other agreed charges, so always ask for written pricing before you sign.
Do I have to choose a care home you recommend?
No. You decide which homes and communities to visit and whether to move forward with any of them. Our job is to help you understand and compare your options, never to pressure you toward a particular provider.
Do you represent every care home in Collin County?
No referral service does. Our suggestions depend on provider relationships, available information, your loved one’s care needs, and current availability. Feel free to ask which providers are included in your search and whether a provider compensates us. You are always welcome to explore other options too.
Which areas do you serve?
Our search focuses on the Collin County area, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Fairview, Prosper, Celina, Melissa, and Anna. Some of these cities extend into neighboring counties, so tell us the exact area you prefer and we will confirm whether we can help.
Can you help with Alzheimer’s or dementia care?
Yes. We help families explore providers that offer memory support and prepare questions about staffing, dementia training, supervision, and Alzheimer’s certification. The provider and your loved one’s clinical team decide whether a setting is appropriate.
